They are Regice, Regirock, and Registeel. They are a legendary trio from R/S/E. In order to obtain them on diamond or pearl you must either transfer them from one of those games or trade for them from someone else. You must have all three in your party and activate the "statue" in order to battle Regigigas.

You need to stop, and think about it for a minute. What does the Body of Ice, the Body of Steel, and the body of rock sound like? To me, it sounds like three legendary that fit that description perfectly. The legend of the Snowpoint City temple is talking about the three legendary Pokemon that serve under the King of the Regis, Regigigas. In order to wake up the King of the Regis you need to have RegiIce, Registeel, and Regirock in your Pokemon party when you talk to Regigigas. If you talk to him with those three legendary Pokemon with you in your Pokemon party, then he will awaken and you can capture him. If you talk to him without having the three legendary Pokemon in your party, then you will not be able to catch him.

The Pokemon they are talking azout are Regice,Registeel,and Regirock you can transfer them from a gba game like Emerald
