Well, what are you asking? More info is needed to know what you want to know, but if your talking about changing your sprite then it is impossible through conventional means or by using an Action Replay. It is also impossible for your character to replace an existing gym leader or to somehow create a new gym your character is the leader of. I honestly have no idea what you want to know but it is probably impossible.

Like 'I Am The Walrus' has stated above me, there is no possible way that you can become a Gym Leader of any sort. You cannot change your character's appearance or sprite to match that of any Gym Leader, it is impossible without a really, really long cheat code. Further more, you cannot become a regular Gym Leader, just think of how much confusion that would lead to. It would raise such questions as, "Where and in what town would be the Gym be located in?" Also, What would the new badge be, what type of Pokemon will the Gym Leader use, and other head scratching questions such as these. I would not want to become a Gym Leader, and you shouldn't want to either. I mean, come on man, do you really want to be tied down to one area and not be able to go wherever you want to go? I sure don't.

You really can't be a gymleader because that isnot a feture of the game. It's not programed so you can stand I abuilding and random people can come up and battle you. The closest your going to get is to stan infront of one of people who walk in lines and battle them.

Well you can't be a gym leader even if you have action replay. Its not possible and to be honest it really whould be boring to be a gym leader so very sorry. Hope this helps

There is no possible way to become a gym leader. I wish you could though. Even with an AR code it still isn't possible.
