How do I get a roserade to learn leafstorm ?

Well, before you attempt to try and get your Roserade to learn the move Leaf Storm, perhaps you should first see if he or she can even learn the move Leaf Storm. Now, since I'm such a nice guy and wanted to save you the trouble of having to look for any information, I did it for you. According to the all knowing Serebii.net, Roserade cannot learn the move Leaf Storm by level up. Ir can however, learn the move Leaf Storm by breeding with a Pokemon that knows Leaf Storm. Here is what you do, get your Roserade and a Pokemon of the opposite gender that knows the move Leaf Storm and throw them into the Solaceon City daycare center. If they have an egg, and it hatches to be a Roselia, then that Roselia has a chance to know the move Leaf Storm...

Sorry Roserade cannot learn leaf storm but you can try breeding a female roserade and a male that knows leaf storm and you will get a budew that knows it.

Maybe you should try a TM.

Roserade can only learn Leaf Storm through breeding. The Pokemon that can learn Leaf Storm and breed with Roserade are limited, however it's still possible. Your best bet is to have a male Torterra, which can only be obtained (without cheating or trading) by choosing Turtwig as your starter at the beginning of the game. If you chose some other starter, you can always divert yourself to other options.

Victreebel can also learn Leaf Storm by leveling up. To get him, catch yourself a Weepinbell on Routes 229/230 and use a Leaf Stone on him to evolve him into a Victreebel. Then, level him up to level 47.

Now, catch a female Roselia. Put the male Victreebel [knowing Leaf Storm] and female Roselia in the Day Care Center in Solaceon Town and walk around until they breed an egg. Walk around some more until the egg hatches and you should get a Roselia who knows Leaf Storm.
