What will I do after I captured the Pokemon heatran and where will I go next?p.s

Well, to tell you the truth, there is nothing left for you to complete storyline wise. You have more or less beaten the main part of the game and now all you have left to finish are the little tasks, or other events you did not finish. Have you caught then Legendary Pokemon Cressalia, how about Giratina? If you have not found them and captured them then you should go ahead and do that so you can have two strong Pokemon. You can raise your party Pokemon all to level one hundred, and you can try to get a Twenty battle winning streak in the Battle Tower. You can participate in ribbon contests in Hearthome City and try to win all of the ribbons. Complete the National Pokedex, there are a lot of things that you can do. Hope this helps.

Well basically there is nothing really to do the last city is the resort area you can try catching Pokemon like giratina,regigas and you can also participate in the battle tower and the ribbon contests.
