If you have an action repay it's easy. Here is how:

1. Plug in your DS and open the AR Code Manager(make sure battery is full on DS)
2. Click on "codejunkies US games" at the top right corner of the Code Manager
3. Find and drag "Pokemon Diamond" to the DS area on the left
4. Overwrite it
5. Soot the DS and find and set the "999 masterball" code
6. Start your game
7. Open the ball slot of the bag
8. Put a ball that's least useful at the top
9. Give one to each member of your party
10. Exit then press L and R
11. There should be 999 masterballs
12. Now take a ball back from ONE of your party members
13. Go to the ball slot and put the ball you took at the top
14. Again exit and press L and R
15. Now you should have 2 slots that say 999 masterballs
16. Save an repeat steps 12 - 16 until you have as much as you wanted
17. DON'T FORGET TO SAVE AFTER EACH TIME YOU PRESS L and R

In order to execute the glitch you must have an internet connection and access to Nintendo WI-FI. The second method that you can use to get more Masterballs is to buy a cheating device called the Action Replay Ds, and use the cheat code that they have to get 999 Masterballs. This is probably the easiest method as it will not waste any of your money.

You can migrate Pokemon holding masterballs. You can use the cloning cheat on Pokemon Emerald. Here's how:

1. Go to Battle Tower in Battle Frontier.
2. Go to the PC in the corner.
3. Put the Pokemon you want to clone in an empty PC box.
4. Turn off the PC and save the game.
5. Turn the PC back on and withdraw the Pokemon you want to clone.
6. Go to the receptionist on the far right. She is the closest one to the PC.
7. Go to "Challenge".After you enter your Pokemon, it should freeze for two seconds and then ask you if you wwant to save your game. Turn it off without saving.
8. Turn it on and check your party. The Pokemon should be there.
9. Go to the PC and check the box where you kept the Pokemon. It should be there as well.
This glitch can be used to clone items. This glitch is on Pokemon Emerald ONLY.

I know of a few ways to get more than 1 masterball. First off, you can keep getting them from a friend that has alot of masterballs. Next, you can use the 999 masterball AR code. You can also use the Pokemon Modifier code, which gives you 493 masterballs. Always keep this cheat on if you want infanite masterballs. Just press L+R to restore all your masterballs up to 493. The main reason of this code allows you to find any Pokemon in the wild. EX: toss 97 masterballs if you want to encounter Deoxys in the wild. Then, go into the grass and you should find a wild Deoxys after a little bit of searching. Keep using the 999 masterballs cheat to have however many slots of 999 masterballs as you want.
