Well, your baby Pokemon's name actually is a hint that partially tells you how you are are supposed to make him evolve. If you remove the 'n' in Happiny, you come up with Happiy, or happy. This lets you know that in order for your Happiny to evolve, the Pokemon has to be happy. You can make your Pokemon happy by letting him battle Pokemon, level him up, give him vitamins and minerals, and not let him faint. All of these things will raise his Happiness level. To get Happiny to evolve, it's friendship should be all the way up. Then, use an Oval Stone on Happiny. Happiny should evolve when done the steps.

And go get a combee you need to put honey on the golden colored trees found in many places

To level up happiny you have to give it an oval stone and level it up during the daytime then when it's a chansey you need to max out it's happyness to make it evolve into a blissey.
