You have to transfer it from your ruby, saphire, emerald, leaf green, or fire red via the pal park

In order to get a Salac Berry on your Pokemon Diamond, or Pokemon Pearl save file, you will have to trade the berry, or migrate the berry over with another Pokemon using the Pal Park option. First, find the berry in question and then give it to a Pokemon as a hold item. Go to Pal Park and migrate the Pokemon over to Pokemon Diamond. If you have not unlocked Pal Park, then you will have to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex first in order to unlock the Pal Park. If you need a guide as to how to migrate Pokemon, then you should look on the Walkthrough section. Hope this helps.
