I am afraid that I do not understand exactly who it is that you are looking for? What man are you talking about in the Pokemon Mansion, we need details because they help people who answer questions answer them even better. I might be wrong in my assumption that you are talking about the President, but I cannot help but guess as you did specify who you were looking for. You can find the President in the back of the Pokemon Mansion. You will know that you are in the right room because the room that he is in is the only room that you will be allowed to enter. Hope this helps.
