How do I use the pal pad. I have a number but I don't know what to do wif it or how to use it

Well, you can use the Pal Pad when you are about to battle someone. When you have your Nintendo DS connected to your friends Nintendo DS, then a box should pop up when you battle him/her asking whether or not you want to register your friend's Friend code into the Pal Pad. Battle your friends after the battle go to the pal pad it's a replay of your battle.
