I think you can buy them. But it may be just at a certain poke mart. I remember that's how I got my dark balls.

If I remember correctly, you can first buy Dark balls in the Pokemon Market located in either Jubilife City, or at the Market in Eterna City. I may be wrong, but I do know that you can buy Darkballs at just about any Pokemon Market. If by finding them, then you mean that you want to actually find them, then I suggest that you look in caves. It would make sense, I mean, Dark balls are good at catching Pokemon that lives in dark areas like caves. Hence the name. Hope this helps.
