Sinnoh dex or national anyhow heres for sinnoh

Burmy- Honey trees
Wormadon evolve a female burmy
Cherrim- evolve cherubi, used by an ace trainer near pal park
Barboach- Fish, used by fishers on the way to sunyshore
Lumineon- fish with super rod, / evolve finneon form ctahcing with good rod on pal park island

045= vielplume find a oddish on an island half way between battle area and the resort area then evolve oddish into gloom then give gloom a grass stone and it will evolve
059= catch a growith then use a fire stone on it
080= catch a slowpoke and evolve it
135= jolteon- catch a eevee then give it a thunder stone
135= anorth- find a claw fossil underground then take it to the musem and get it revived

You should give more information. Do you need the Pokemon for the Sinnoh Pokedex, or the National Pokedex. I am assuming that you need help with the Sinnoh Pokedex, seeing as how most people have problems with Pokemon 135 and such as well.

Pokemon number 45 is the bug Pokemon, Burmy. In order to see a Burmy you could try slathering some honey onto the Orange trees scattered throughout the Sinnoh Region. Pokemon number 46 is the wormlike Pokemon, Wormadam. Warmadam is the evolved form of a Female Burmy. So, if you want one, level up a Female Burmy till it reaches level 20. You can see a wormadam by battling a woman on route 214, her name is Hannah I think. I cannot remember, but she is next to a big man that is running around. Pokemon number 59 is the flower Pokemon, Cherrim. The only way that I can think of for you to get a Cherrim is by evolving the first form, Cherrubi. Cherrubi evolves at level 25. Pokemon number 80 is the ground fish Pokemon, Barboach. In order to find a Barboach, you need to obtain the good rod, and fish for it. I suggest that you look for I in Pastoria City's Great Marsh, or in some bodies of water in Mount. Coronet.

Pokemon number 145 is the glowing fish Pokemon, Lumineon. The best way to get a Lumineon would be to evolve your Finneon by leveling it up to level 31. However, you can catch one in almost any body of water using a Super rod.
