how to use cheat ?
I want to use cheat in Pokemon diamond, but I don't know how to do it....

Well theres lots of methods to cheat on Diamond:
AR Codes:
-If you use an AR, you have to input the codes for the cheats to happen. Using an AR could be dangerous as well. It could disrupt your saved file of your game, meaning bad things might occur.
Gameshark:
-I did heard that they have released a gameshark for the DS, but I have no clue how to use it.
Cheat farely:
-To cheat in the game means play farely but unlocking secrets to the game as well without cheating such as...how to unlock Manaphy or how to get Rotom. Also this site have some cheats that don't include the AR and Gameshark uses.

The best cheating device is an Action Replay. You can barely find them in stores. You'll be lucky to find one. If you find one, you can put codes into it to use on any game. I'm still looking for one myself.

Well, let me see if I can help you. There are several ways of cheating in Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Pearl, and in all of the Pokemon games. There are glitches that you can perform in some Pokemon games. These types of glitches include making copies of your Pokemon, and or items. This type of glitch is usually called cloning. Cloning is a great way to get a party full of strong Pokemon, if you mind have the same one, but if you mess up, then you could corrupt your game.
There is another method of cheating in Pokemon games, one that most people prefer nowadays. This method is called Hacking. In order to hack, or cheat, you need a device called the Action Replay DS. You must first buy this device. The Action Replay DS comes with codes for Pokemon Diamond that can do things such as make you have all items, make you walk through walls, or even make you fight legendary Pokemon in the grass. Those two methods are the main form of cheating in Pokemon. Keep in mind that cheating can corrupt your game, delete your save file, or do other things. Be careful.
