Because if you are asking about catching any Pokemon you want in the wild, then my answer is yes. If you are actually asking if there is a code that will make you be able to catch the Pokemon in the wild easier, then my answer is, yes. I've heard there was a button combination that makes a catch on the first pokeball. It's just rumor though. Other than that, the 999 Masterballs cheat.
