Ah, this question of yours brings back memories. I remember that I asked the exact same thing. The answer to your question is, yes. If you have a shiny Pokemon such as a Machoke and you trade it to your friend, it will evolve...into a shiny Machamp. If you have a shiny Oddish then it is the same thing, it will evolve into a shiny Gloom. No matter what Pokemon it is, and no matter what way the Pokemon evolves, they will keep one thing. Their shinyness, so don't worry, if you want to evolve your shiny Pokemon, then go ahead. Nothing will happen. Hope this helps.

Yup, when it evolves it's still shiny but the colours of the Pokemon may change. I hoped this helped.

Yup. A shiny Pokemon will stay shiny when it evolves. For example, if you have a shing Magikarp, when it hits level 20, it will evolve into a shiny Gyarados.
