Well you need to go to fight area. Well to get there take the ferry from Snowpoint City. Then find a fisherman. I hoped this helped. P.S :: You need to of beaten the elite four.

To get the Super Rod, you have to have beaten the Elite Four and gained access to the Fight Area. To get there, take the ferry that's below Snowpoint City. When you arrive to the Fight Area, you should see a fisherman in the northern part of town, he will give you the Super Rod.

Aha, I did not know that Tony Stark, A.K.A ironman played Pokemon. Lol, anyway, yes, I can help you out with finding the Super Rod. In order to get the Super Rod you must first get all Eight Gym badges. If you have already done that, then skip to the next step. The next thing that you must do is defeat the Elite Four. This is the most important part, so be sure that you defeat them. After you do that, you need to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex, so you can obtain the National Pokedex. If you need help completing it, then look at the Pokedex on Serebii.net. After you have obtained the National Pokedex from Professor Rowan, fly to Snowpoint City and ride the Ferry to the battle Islands. Now, head to the fight area, and go in all of the houses till you see a Fisherman. Talk to him to receive the Super rod. Hope this helps.

Ahaha, oh my god, I messed up. Look, this is actually some good news. I forgot, you do not need to obtain the National Pokedex in order to reach the Battle Island. All you have to do is head to the Fight area via the ferry from Snowpoint City. You can go there after you have beaten the Elite four. Sorry.
