After you defeat the Elite Four and get the PokeRadar, Ditto can Rarely be found at Route 218 using the PokeRadar.

i need to catch a pokemon called ditto but i cant catch it on route 218

You go to route 218. You sue the pokerar that you get after getting the national dex and then go to the patches of grass that move. I would advise you to go to the shiny ones. These are the ones most likey to contain a ditto. Once you encounter oneMake sure you have a Pokemon with a high catch ratio such as a shellos.

Now, now, there is no need to shout. I am not sure if you know this, but it is proper netiquette to not type in all caps. When you do, it is considered shouting. Anyway, in order to find the Pokemon Ditto without importing, or migrating him from another game, you need to have beat the Elite Four. Then, you need to obtain the national pokedex by seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh region. After you do that, Professor Rowan will give you the Pokeradar. If you use the Pokeradar in the grasses east of Canalave City, then you should find Ditto.

You can find Ditto if you use the Pokeradar you recieve after you beat the Elite 4. Use the Pokeradar at Route 218. Warning: they are rare, so you will hardly find them.
