The only way too cheat to get 100% complete Pokedex is too use an action replay the cheat for it should already be on the action replay if not you could always find the code at codejunkies.com or supercheats action replay code section

Yes, as you can clearly see from Tbug2007, there is a code for the Action Replay DS that will give you 100% complete-age on the Pokedex. Unfortunately, the code will only give you One Hundred percent of the Pokedex. If you want the actual Pokemon, then you will have to catch, trade, or find them on your own. I would not recommend using this code though, it does spoil a lot of fun in the game. However, if you want to, then it is your choice. Hope this helps. :)

There are shorter cheats for that game. I have beat that game and I currently have full pokedex on that game and pearl, (same cheat). Search a website call www.neoseeker.com and I'm 90.1% sure they have it shorter, (about 4 or 5 lines) so I would suggest to use that if you have to enter the cheat manually. This is my first time loggin into supercheats.com so bare with me here. =) good luck completeing your pokedex -xxxjosh919xxx

If you have a action replay then you should have the code. It comes with the device it's already programed. Hope this helps.
