How do you get darkrai or battle him to get all those icons like the drowzee,diagla ect.

Well to battle darkrai you neeed a ticket to a nintendo event. Then you go into the Inn at Canalave city where the door is normaly locked. With the ticket however you get a key of some sort. You then go into the room and fall asleep. Later you encounter arkrai in your dreams. Battle him and capture him.
As for the icons you are talking about I'm not usre what they are.

To battle Darkrai get the master card (or something of that nature) and go to the inn Canalave City. You will go to New Moon Island and battle Darkrai who is at level 40. He is not a dark ghost Pokemon like everyone seems to think he is, he is only a dark pokemon. I suggest a bug Pokemon or a fighting.
Icons... If your talking about dolls you find them in the underground by talking to people who look like hikers, I do not know what you mean otherwise.

You get Darkrai as an Event Pokemon. Go to the area where the Nintendo Event is held and using the mystery gift option, get the special event item that is needed for you to reach Darkrai. After you get the Membership pass, go to a Pokemon Mart and talk to the guy in green. After you talk to the man, fly to Canalave City and go inside the locked hotel. Now, fall asleep and when you wake up, you should be on an island. Keeping in mind that you are dreaming, follow the path till you reach Darkrai and fight him. After you beat Darkrai you should be awake now. Talk to the sailor and he will give you a ride to New moon Island. Now that you are going to where the real Darkrai is, you can capture him. Icons, do you mean poke' dolls? If that is what you mean, then you can buy some from the Pokemon market. Hope this helps.

Hmm there is acually 2 videos on youtube(to pazy to write links)but you get a membership pass theres alocked place go in and someone will say weve been waiting for you for a long time or something about a resevervation then the kehehehehehe part and then you got to bed.After that you wake up on newmoon island follow the path and battle lvl 40 darkrai and catch him.If you have a full party he wil be in storage.Also once you wake up the persons gone and you go outside sailor will come up and talk to you and say youve been asleep for a long time and waht were you doing in there no ones lived there for 50 years

Oh and one more thing I forgot to menton is one of the youtube vidieos(nto sure if this is correct)but it shows using the cheat code run around anywhere or whatever it is but at a spot e uses it walks across the water and actually gets to the left sid of new moon island where he goes through the trees and enters darkrais lair and catches him
