Um...what? Where does the Team Galactic member go? Well, why does it matter? I cannot really say because I am not sure, I don't think that anyone knows where they go. If you want, you could try following a Team Galactic member to see where they go after you defeat them in a battle. If you are talking about the Team Galactic member near Pastoria City, then look for hi, you can run into him again. Other members just disappear, they leave, but don't really go anywhere. Hope this helps.
