Where is the persons house where he teaches you blastburn I really need to know

You have to take a fully-evolved Fire-type starter to a house on Route 228. If the conditions are right, you can teach it Blast Burn.

Go to the resort area. Then go up to where the sandstorm is and go in to all the houses and talk to the people. One of them will teach your starter Pokemon Blast Burn.

2.go to the sandy area and go into the first house you see
3.the guy in that house will teach you blast burn

In order for the old man to teach your fire Pokemon the move Blast Burn, they must have One Hundred percent full happiness. That means that they must love you so much, that they could not possibly love you any more than they already do. Another note, he will only teach the following fire Pokemon the move Blast Burn. Charizard, Infernape, Typhlosion, and Blaziken. Yes, that means that if you have a different Pokemon besides a starter, then he will not teach Blast Burn to your Pokemon. All that have being said, you can find the Old Man in house inside the Desert region. That is just north of the Rest/resort area.

There is a house in the sandstorm on route 228. The old man in the house in the upper right hand corner. He will teach you either Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and/ or Frenzy Plant.
