Alright I have beatin the whole game and elite 4. I need to know how to get the membership card and how to get to new moon island. For you experts who have already done it please help!!!

As far as I know you first need to go to a Nintendo Event and receive a "ticket" through Mistery Gift. If you have it or you are planning to get one here is what you have to do: (im not completly sure about this cause I have done this months ago but it wont hurt to try)
Check any Pokemart with a blue top to find a green man inside. After talking to him you will receive the Membership Card (i remind you that first you have to heal the boy in the house next to the Canalave dock with the Lunar Wing). After that, enter the inn, and a man will tell you that you have areservation. You will go to sleep, and then you'll end up on an island, the New Moon Island.

Yes or you can use a action replay device to get one. I forgot the code so you will have to look it up. Hope this helps

You get the membership card through a live event the only other way is to use an action replay

In order to get your hands on a Darkrai, you will have to go to a Nintendo Event. Once you are there at the event, use the mystery gift option to unlock the special item. Like you said, the item is called the Membership pass, this will let you be able to go inside the Canalave City hotel. Once you are inside the hotel, go to sleep on the bed, and you should wake up an island called New moon island. Foolow the path till you reach a clearing, and you will see Darkrai resting there. Battle Darkrai, and this time, defeat him. Remember, it is only a dream. After you defeat him, you should have woken up. Go talk to the sailor in Canalave City, and he will ask to ride you to New Moon Island, you can now go catch Darkrai.
