Togepi
I know that you get togepi at route 230 but every time I use the pokeradar it never appears. Please tell me what to do.

Well, you see, Togepi is a very rare Pokemon. A very, very rare Pokemon that no one ever really sees. So you see, you might still be searching for Togepi for a long time, even if you use the Pokeradar. If you want a better chance at catching Togepi, then you can try chaining the encounters with Pokemon. Use the Pokeradar and immediately run into the nearest patch of shaking grass. After that, run into another patch of shaking grass. This is called chaining, and increases the chances of you catching a certain Pokemon. Hope this helps.
