If I wont evolve him he will learn bounce and flare blitz faster so
Its better
But does he evolve again??

Wait, you mean that if you do not let your Ponyta evolve, but continue to level him up, will he still evolve? My answer, is yes. No matter how much you level up Ponyta, the fire horse will still evolve as long as he/she is not on level 100. If you raise Ponyta to level 99, then the Fire House will evolve into Rapidash. So go on, train your Pokemon, and do not worry about him not evolving into Rapidash, because he will.

If you are asking if he learns those moves faster without evolving him, here are the comparisons:

Ponyta:

Learns Bounce: LVL 44
Learns Flare Blitz: LVL 48

Rapidash:

Learns Bounce: LVL 49
Learns Flar Blitz: LVL 58

If you are trying to teach it those techniques fast, go ahead and save 10 levels. Don't let it evolve, and once it learns them, let it evolve. It should try every level you gain without an everstone.

Plus Rapidash takes alot longer to raise than Ponyta.
