can i evolve pokemon?

Is there a cheat for action replay that you can evolve every Pokemon in your party by pressing L+R?

Oh no, my god no. Not only would that most likely freeze your game or delete your file, it would also crash your Action Replay, and make it un-usable. Imagine how long that code would be as well, it would take nearly all of your Action Replay's space in order to store the code. I am sorry, but a code like that will never exist. You could just level up your Pokemon the normal way, or use an Experience Point code if you want to. Those are still two good ways to level up, and evolve your Pokemon.

Um, how about the moment you do that, you crash, or your togepi evolves into a Tyranitar. Easy answer is this will never work, as the script you are talking about will try to evolve every Pokemon at once. If this happened, I think you forgot about the cut screens. Every cutscene at the same time would be chaos, and if you aren't lucky, the AR will also crash.

Best chance is to use a modifier code and just get the Pokemon already evolved.
