5th gym
I have talked with the leader iin the 5th gym but she is still not there what should I do. Oh and also when do the psyducks in route 210 go away

You must be talking to Fontina. If you want to talk to Fontina, then make sure that you have Four Badges first. Walk around Hearthome City until you see the Contest Auditorium, it is that big circular building. You should either see a woman in front of the building with purple hair. If you do not see Fontina then go walk inside the big building and someone should come up and talk to you. Then you should be able to go into the 5th gym. The psyducks will go away only after you head to Pastoria City and receive the Secret Potion as a gift from Cynthia. Just head east of where the Psyducks are and continue along the path until you reach Pastoria City. Follow this team Galactic member that you see, and she will give you the potion soon enough.

To remove those psyducks you need to get a secret potion from the cynthia the Pokemon league champion.
