Cresselia, like Mesprit is one of the Pokemon that move around every time you enter a new area. There is, however a pokeapp that will allow you to view where Cresselia and Mesprit are at any time. That is number 13 in the poketch.

Well, you can find Cressalia in the center of the forest on Full Moon Island. If you want to actually catch Cressalia so that you can brag about it to your friends, then it gets a little bit more complicated. In truth, you can find Cressalia in just about any patch of grass in any area as long as you look hard enough. But you just need to decide where you want to look, or you can get the tracker Poketech application(which you can find in Jubilife City's Poketech building if you have all 8 badges) and use that to track Cressalia. When you find Cressalia use the move Mean look if you have a Pokemon that knows the move, or use a Trapinch since his affect Arena Trap prevents anyone from running away in battle. Weaken her health to red, and then use hypnosis or Thunder Wave so that you can put Cressalia to sleep, or paralyze her. Hope this helps.

Cresselia is a Pokemon that runs it is like the legendary dogs(gold, silver, crystal) latios and latias (saphire, ruby, emerald) and now Cresselia, Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxi. They all run, so you need a Pokemon that is faster than they are or has an ability of Arena Trap, or you could train a Zubat, Golbat, or Crobat to learn Mean Look. First you would want to use Mean Look (if you had a Pokemon that knew it) then you would want to use a move that puts them to sleep or paralyzes them. Then you would have to weaken the Pokemon, and hope you can catch it.

This is EXPLORERS OF DARKNESS, NOT PEARL/DIAMOND! Get it straight, peoples! I've been told that after you beat Darkrai, Cresalia should be sitting outside your base. Talk to her, and after some talking, she'll ask to join you. That is how you recruit Cresalia in Explorers of Darkness.
