Move deleters house and pokemon tutor

Where can I find the move deleters house and where can I find the Pokemon tutors house you know the one where you give him a heart scale for a move.

The move deleters house is in canalave city just a bit above the pokemart. The heart scale move tutor guy is in pastoria city, the house closest to the fat guy standing by the water who says that he is standing right in the middle of town right here.

You can find the move deleter in his house in Canalave City. Talk to the poor old man and you will see that he has Amnesia. Talk to him again and he will remember that he is the move deleter. He will be in a house near the entrance of Canalave City, and will be by himself. You can find the move Tutor in his house in Pastoria City. His house is next to the ocean, and if you talk to the man next to his house he will tell you that he is standing in the middle of town. The move tutor only teaches your Pokemon moves that they have already known, in other words, only moves that they have forgotten. You need a Heart Scale for him to teach your Pokemon a move. You can find Heartscales by looking in the while, or by digging them out from the underground.
