Trading Pokemon

Yeah, there is a way that you can trade Pokemon from Pokemon Fire red, and Pokemon Leaf Green to your game file on Pokemon diamond. This unique method of trading is called Migration. In order to migrate Pokemon you first have to have gotten all Eight Gym badges, beaten the Elite Four, and obtained the National Pokedex. If you have done that then just head to the Pal park, you can find it on your map, and trade the Pokemon from the other game. All you have to do is stick Pokemon fire Red, or Pokemon Leaf Green into the Gameboy Advanced slot on your Nintendo DS and then you can migrate pokemon. If you want to migrate a Pokemon with HM moves, you first have to get rid of the moves.

The move deleter in Pokemon Fire Red, and in Pokemon Leaf Green is located in Fuschia City. More specifically, in a house by the gym.

Yes there is but it is not considered trading. Its called migrating. To do it you must have the national dex. You must also have beaten all eight gyms. What you do is you go to route 219 by sandgem town. YTou will have to use a Pokemon that knows surf by the way. Then you must surf all the way to the pal park. Here you will see Prof. Oak. He will greet ytou and tell you everything you need to migrate pokemon. I already stated that above Then what you do is you go to your GBA game and make sure the Pokemon from your GBA game you want to migrate have no HM moves. If they do they can be deleted at Fuschia City. Then put them in a box or they can't be migrated. Then go back to your diamond game and when you start it, If you have A GBA game in side There should be and option saying Migrate from GBA. Then select the ones you want to migrate. Then start your game and go to the Pal Park and start catching your pokomon in the park.

Note:Pokemon that have been migrated cannot be gotten back.

I would like to add that if you re-start your fireRed/leafGreen games (in order to get the starters) you must beet the frist gym leader, Brock, like you have to to trade in-game.

Once you successfully beat the game, or have all eight badges, go to the battle tower and explore the island.

After a while, you will find a building called the migration building. Go in there, and you may migrate your Pokemon to Diamond. But there is a trick. You must hunt your Pokemon down in a large area, similar to the Safari Game. Then you catch them as usual.

I think, cannot reember but think you may also only use one pokemon.

I don't think tbug2007 has played the game 4 a while...

1 it's called Pal Park
2 you have no Pokemon, like the safari game
3 you get 6 balls all with a 100% catch rate
4 there are 5 separate areas where diffeent Pokemon can be found: forrest, mountin,narrow path, pond, and the sea.
5 if you talk to the lady standing up on the second floor of the entrance to the park, she will give you a backdrop for each game; 1 for fire red, 1 for leaf green, 1 for emrald ect.

Yes but you have to have beaten all eight gym leaders seen all Pokemon in sinnoh pokedex and obtained the national pokedex from professer rowan and you have to have beaten the Elite Four. Go to the lab and get the national dex and then you will unlock Pal Park. Then get on your old gameboy advance game and have six Pokemon in your box. Save and turn it off then with it and your diamond in on the main menu it will say migrate from whatever advance game you put in. After doing that get on diamond and go to Pal park and play the caching game and get the pokemon. Hope this helps.
