hey!
I put in the action replay for diamond, for totodile, but when I got to the counter in the mine museum, the guy gave me a typhloshin, why? (i no typhlosion's good but I was about 2 make quilava evolve, and I wanted a totodile)

Ummm, Hello... I will do my best to answer your question. 
Alright, I am assuming that you used a creative code that makes the guy who gives you fossil Pokemon, give you a Totodile? So instead of him giving you back some Extinct Pokemon, he gives you a Totodile instead? That is creative, but I think that the problem lies inside the Action Replay code. I think that either you inserted the wrong Action Replay code into Your action Replay DS cheating device, or that the person who made the code made a mistake about the Pokemon that is supposed to show up. I would suggest going back to the website where you found the said code, and make sure that you copied down the right code. That is the only thing that I can suggest.

Ok let me tell you I did a AR code too for a egg but instead I got a bad egg that won't hatch.I think I know what the problem is here ill tell you:
1.)the person lied
2.)he put in something wrong
