hi me again

What badge do I need b4 I can us strength. And I already talked 2 the hearthome gym leader at the contest hall(i can never remember her name) and she said sumthin about gettin stronger then come back. But I go back all the time and that guy who gives you advise about them says she is gone and doesnt no wen she will return. Thanx 2 whoever awnsers.

You should just get all the badges so you can use everything.

Tevin1127, that answer is so vague it isn't even funny. Allow me to elaborate...

In order to use the HM strength outside of battle, you need to beat the Canalave City Gym leader, Byron. Once you defeat him, you can use Strength all that you want to. As for Hearthome City's Gym leader, who's name is Fontina Smile, she will come back after you have Four badges. So after you get your fourth badge, head back to Hearthome City, and you should be able to battle her. Hope this helps. Smile

To use Strength you need to defeat the Canalave City Gym Leader. When you beat him you can use it outside of battl, providing you have the HM.
