ok i need help really bad
Wen will the gym leader of hearthome city b back. I already have 4 badges and I go back 2 her gym all the time but she is never there. And wen and where do I get surf because I'm pretty much stuck until I can find it and how do I get it. Where do I get eevee. Sorry 4 all the ??????'s. O yea the last one I promise, where is the newspaper guy. Thanx so much 2 whoever awnsers. ^.^

Oh my gosh. For some reason a lot of people need help with this part. But not to worry, I will help you. 
If you cannot find Fontina inside her Gym, just go into the HeartHome City contest hall auditorium building, and as your character is walking into the building, Fontina should come up to you and talk to your character. If she does not talk to you, just walk around Hearthome City, and look for a woman with Purple hair. When you see her talk to her.
In order to get surf you must go to Celestic Town, and defeat the Team Galactic who threatened to blow up the town with a bomb. After you do that, talk to the old woman who is actually Cynthia's grandmother and she will give you surf. You can only get an Eevee after you defeat the Elite Four, and obtain the National Pokedex. After you do these two things, talk to Bebe in her home in Hearthome City. She should give you an Eevee.

Wow you need a lot of help =P.
Anyway to get the Gym Leader of Hearthome City go up to the contest hall at the top of the town and when you go in she will be coming out and should talk to you. After this she will be in her Gym.
To get surf go to Celestic Town and beat Team Galactic. Afterwards talk to the old lady and she should give you surf.
To get surf beat the Elite Four and get the National Dex off of the Prof. Then go talk to Bebe in erm..Hearthome City and she should give you an Eevee.
Or if you have Pal Park open and running and have a Eevee or any of it's evolutions trade them over and then breed one of them with a Ditto.

Well, Surf is in Celestic Town, but you have to beat Team Galatic, and then talk to the old woman who was trying to stop them. She will give you Surf when you deliver the Charm Cynthia gave you to give to her. Then go to Hearthome, and she should be in her Gym, unless you havent talked to her in front of the Contest Hall.
Eevee is a gift from Bebe in Hearthome, but only after obtaining the National Pokedex, which you can only get after the Elite Four+Champion have been defeated.
