Is it true that the Arcues (correct me if I spelled wrong) can only be obtained from a nintendo event?

Yes Arceus is only obtainable from a Nintendo Event. But you may also use Action Replay or Gameshark to get him through cheating. Hope this helped.

Yes it is true. You asked so...it is spelled Arceus :P
Like I mentioned above, Arceus is obtainable legally only by going to a Nintendo Event if you are lucky enough for Nintendo to hold an Event in a town near you. If you are not one of the few lucky people that live in a major city, then you may have to resort to a different sort of tactics such as trading with someone who has an Arceus, or by using an Action Replay. Check Pokemon.com regularly for news of any upcoming events. Hope this helps.

Corection cheating-is-good, if you have the event item it is 100% legit, but I suggest you don't use wifi if you have him until 3 or 4 days after the event
