If there are people blocking the route to Sunnyshore ehn your not up to it yet. Yo have to have the other seven badges before you can access SunnyShore city. If you have already done that just go right right of Pastoria, the when you get to the Lake Valor resturant just go right.

In order to gain access into SunyShore City, you have to have all seven of the current badges, and you also need to have beaten Team Galactic for the last time. Since you will have beaten Team Galactic, that also means that you must catch Dialga, or you should have already fought against him. If not, here is what you do. Go to all three of the great lakes, and defeat every Team Galactic member you see at each one. Then go to their base in Veilstone City and wipe the floor with them there. After you do that fly to Hearthome City and head west till you reach the entrance to Mount Coronet. Make your way to the top of the mountain, and when you finally get to the top, take out the leader one final time. Then catch, or kill Dialga. Now you can head to Sunyshore City. Hope this helps.
