Where do you find ball capsules for my pokeballs.

They are found in sunnyshore city. Have you gotten there yet? It is in a biggish building a little to the north of the Pokemon center. In there some guy will sell you ball capsules. Just to let you know, they arent all that cool. When it says like 'many electric sparks come flying out' it means like 3 and they are small. Something like a timer ball or ultra ball on it's own looks cooler when it opens.

David is right. The ball capsules, aren't that great. But hey, it's your choice, I am just here to help.
You can find the shop that sells ball capsules in Sunyshore City. As soon as you enter the city, you should see a small building on the left. Go inside there, and buy all of the ball capsules that you want to buy, or can buy. You then have to go inside the Pokecenter building, and use the PC to equip the capsules to the pokeballs. Hope this helps. P.S. The shop sells different ball capsules every day.

Theres a house next to Solaceon Town At The Ruins you show the kid in there an unknown and he'll give you the corresponding ball capsule.
