catching giratina
How do you catch giratina because I have got him down to red and put him to sleep used timer balls and ultra balls but nothing is working so could someone please help me

Hmm...you need to wait a long time before you use Timer Balls. The longer you wait to use them, the more their power grows. They also get stronger with each passing turn in battle so you could wait one turn before you try using another timer ball. You have to remember, even if it has only HP left, Giratina is still a legendary Pokemon who's percentage rate of being caught is a mere 30 percent. In other words, you only have a 30 percent chance of catching Giratina. You do have a much better chance if you use moves like Thunder Wave, or Hypnosis, so you can paralyze Giratina, or put him to sleep. He is in a cave, you could also try using Dark balls. Hope this helps.

I got really peed off at giratina too but after a while I found out that dark balls are great at night or in caves so stock up on that Pokemon ball and hope it helps you out even better. ~Twilight_Sasuke~

This was a fun battle for me even though I lost almost all of my money in pokeballs!>_>
I for one did not have any masterballs at that time so I just used my LV. 100 Empoleon and about 20 ultra balls. I din't even paralyz it or put it to sleep.MY empoleon fared well aginst all it's atks so I just kept throing ultra balls, weekend it to red , and let it use all of it's atks. Then it got tired and a cauht it on the last 3 ultra balls I had. In other words just let it battle you strongest Pokemon for a while. About 25 min.
