Ummmm, I do not know. Most people that come here and answer questions do not know that much about the Pokesav. Program. I am not saying thats all of them, but most of them from what I have seen.
However, you can go to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum and ask your question, and get a real answer from someone who uses the program themself to make other people codes.

Broad topic, don't you think?
Well, the easiest way is to start messing around with different controls, like money and ID. When you find something you don't understand, ask for help. Oh, btw, I think their are a couple videos on Youtube that show everything except HEX stuff. But whenever you feel that a code is complete, just go back to the main menu and click "AR DS Code Output". Then, make a file for your codes, and save it. Then, search for the file when you want to put it on your AR, copy the numeric code, and paste it into the code area of the New Cheat option on the Custom Codelist on Code Manager. Then drag and drop the Diamond or Pearl codelist you made over your existing file (yes, connect the AR) and let it update. But the only way you learn the way things work, besides tutorials, is to give it a try. One warning first though: Do not under any circumstances try to make anything above level 100. It WILL fry your game.
