How do you make Pokemon happy?(i.e Munchlax and riolu)I need my munchlax and riolu 2 evolve!! Plz anwser

Well, if you have been playing the game regularly, and leveling up your Pokemon then you have been doing the right thing. It is simple really, about how to make your Pokemon happy. Whenever they win a battle, there happiness increases, when ever you use a potion, or an item on that Pokemon it's happiness level increases. So really all you have to do is continue to train your Pokemon, do not let him faint, heal him by using potions, and sometimes take him to the massage lady in Veilstone City. If you continue to do these simple things then your Pokemon will be at it's max happiness level in no time at all.

I can't add anything to what CIG said expect you can give them the soothe bell to hold, it increases friendship. So if you following CIG and my advice, you should have them between Lv20 and 30. It works for me, so it should work for you.
