need help plz

Ok I finished the game once with infernape so I doing this time with pulpip
And I want pokemons so can I catch a magmar in this game
And elekid, good dark last time I used weavile if there no better dark i
Will use him again and maybe dragonair I want advice of getting good 6
Pokemon with no codes so plz give me maybe ill find my emerald so that

Okay, you want a good pokemon? Alright then, if that is what you really want then I will try to help you. When you get past the cycling road area, go into the secret cave that is under the bridge, and look for a Gabite pokemon. If you cannot find the cave, look on youtube.com, I know I have seen several videos there on how to find it.

Get a Gabite, and level it up to level 24 till it evolves into it's second form. Then, all you have to do is raise it to level 48 in order for it to evolve into a Garchomp, that strong dragon pokemon.

As for your questions....

You cannot catch Magmar in Pokemon Diamond, you can however catch a Magby the baby form of Magmar if you have a Pokemon Leaf Green game cartridge inserted into the slot on the Nintendo DS. It is the same for Elekid...except that you have to have Pokemon Fire red inserted into the slot before you can see any wild Elekids.
