To transfer Pokemon from Emerald you should have the national pokedex. To take this you should see the 150 first Pokemon in your pokedex, not catch them. When you do this talk to prof. Rowan and prof. Oak will come and give you the national pokedex. Now to transfer Pokemon from Emerald put Emerald game in your DS and turn it on. Tap the Pokemon diamond game. When the main screen appears, press migrate from Emerald. Choose the six Pokemon you want to transfer and press OK. Press continue. To take your Pokemon go to Pal Park, which is a green place below your town in the map. Go in and talk to the man behind the desk. Search in the grass and in the water and catch your pokemon. You can do this every 24 hours

cheating-is-good answered:

Yes, in order to migrate Pokemon from an Gameboy Advance game such as Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Leaf green, etc you have to go to the Pal park. But, before you can migrate the Pokemon from one game to another, you have to do a couple of things. The first is that you have to beat the game, which means getting all eight badges, and defeating the Elite Four is a must. The second thing you will have to do is obtain the national pokedex, you can do this by seeing, or capturing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Region.

If you have not done these things then do not even think about Migrating Pokemon till you do. After you complete these tasks, go talk to professor Rowan so you can get the National Pokedex, and be on your way towards migrating pokemon. After you receive the national pokedex, you need to go southeast of Sandgem town, look on the map and you will see an area a little below Sandgem town, just follow the map until you arrive at your destination...Pal park. Go inside the building and at the counter you should see a man, that is who you talk to in order to catch the Pokemon that you migrate from a previous game.

As for how to migrate...you can look in a walkthrough because it is a long, and difficult task. http://www.supercheats.com/nintendods/pokemondiamondwalkthroughs.htm

brandon2ko answered:

To transfer your Pokemon
1.you must have National pokedex on Daimond.
2.the Pokemon you are trading must have no HM moves taught to them to trade.
3.then go to migrate them over to your Daimond.
4.Go to Pal park and catch the Pokemon you sent over.

pokemon master 2k8 answered:

To get Pokemon from other games you need to have pal park then go to any Pokemon center go to the escalators on the right then talk to the lady at the end she will ask you do you want to migrate Pokemon say yes then insert the Pokemon game you want Pokemon from make sure the Pokemon you want are in your party on your other game and wait then she will say your Pokemon have been tranferd to the pc and there you go you have got your pokemon.
Note: doing this will not interfer with anything on your other Pokemon game

Twilight_Sasuke answered:

Thats easy you must see all 150 Pokemon then you must see prof. Rowan and he will give you the national dex then you can start migrating pokemon. Also you only can migrate 6 Pokemon every 24 hours. I hoped this helped.
