Where is Trainer Marley? I didn't see a cave next to the Pokemon League.

Oh dear, I think you misunderstood what I said. I am sorry, I will try to be more detailed this time around. There is no cave next to the Pokemon League. I meant that if you leave the Pokemon League building, and go back into the Victory Road( Elite four cave) then you should see a man blocking the entrance to a smaller cave. If you have obtained the national Pokedex then the man will no longer be there, and you can go in there. Marley should be in there.
