You can make a pokeon from a past game hold one ND THEN migrate it from to diamond or pearl

The ONLY other way(s) to get master balls are by using an Action Replay or, my favorite: Use the Pokemon Emerald Item Cloning Glitch to clone a lot of master balls and then migrate them while attached to a Pokemon into your diamond.

What is going on? We are answering the same questions over, and over again...
Anyways, you cannot get more Masterballs in Pokemon Diamond itself. You have to help from outside sources, A.K.A Action Replay DS, the cloning glitch, or by migrating a Pokemon from a previous game to Diamond while he is holding a pokeball. That is the only way to get more masterballs, other wise you are going to be stuck with the one that you have, and most likely used.

In Pokemon Diamond there are only 2 masterballs. The ferst is in the team galactic hideout and it gives it to you their boss if you beat him. The second will be given to you if you win the lottery contest in Jubilife city, but it is very rare.

You can get to get another one, or try your luck at the lottery in jubilife city, if all numbers match, you get a masterball.
