No, there is no way to change the apperance of your character.

I am sorry, but unfortunately, there is no way that you can change the look, clothes, features, or gender of your character. I do not even think there are any codes for that, you would need to download something called an Emulator and they cost a bit of money. So I'm sorry, but there really isn't way.
