I've heard that ou can use the action replay to get in they also say that darkrai is there

Hello. You can only get into the Canalave Harbour inn by either going to a Nintendo Event, or by using a cheat device such as an Action Replay DS. That is the only way to get the key that unlocks the door. Since you probably do not have an Action Replay, don't worry about it.
