You evolve anorith, you can find an anorith fossil underground only after obtaining the Nation Podex and beating the elite 4

Well, let's see... You can find an Armaldo by trading a friend, or someone who has an Armaldo. Or, you can look for an Anorith fossil in the Sinnoh Underground, after you've obtained the National Pokedex, and beaten the Elite four. Whichever way works best for you, either one will get you an Armaldo in time. Another good way to get an Armaldo would be for you to Migrate the Pokemon from Pokemon Emerald, sapphire, or Ruby. That way you get one, and whenever you have a battle, you get double the experience since it is considered a traded pokemon!
Also, if you have an Anorith, it evolves into an Armaldo at level 40.

You migrate him from Emerald, Sapphire, or Ruby, us an AR ( action replay) and cheat, or get the National Dex, beat the elite 4, and dig for the fossil underground and revive him at the oreburgh mining museum.
