Move Tutor
I know that there is a move tutor in Pastoria. But when I went there with a heart scale, he would just teach my Dialga moves that he lost earlier and would try to teach him them again if I gave him a heart scale. Im trying to teach my Dialga Draco Meteor. How do I make this happen?
Comment:(Mar 23 2008) Ok, i ended up finding some kind of move tutor in the desort part morth of the resort area but he only teaches moves to kanto, jhoto, hoenn, sinnoh starters. What should i do now?

The Draco Meteor tutor is in Veilstone City, not Pastoria City.

The tutor for that move is not in Pastora,it is in Veilstone. Good luck.Hope you find it.

With the tutor he only relearns moves that have been lost by that Pokemon so if dialga hasnt lost the move draco meteor youll have to wait until it learns it by lv.

P.s.at lv 80 dialga will learn flash cannon

The move tutor only teaches moves you're Pokemon lost and you have to go in the foggy area and use rock climb on this cliff thing that goes up and down. If you go rite there will a house. Go inside and talk to the old lady. She will teach you draco meteor, but only to dragon types with 2 big hearts.

Yes, the move tutor in Pastoria City only teaches your Pokemon moves that he has forgotten, or moves from when he was in a different evolutionary state. The person that teaches your dragon Pokemon the move Draco meteor is in the desert area of the Survival area on battle Island.
