Stats Help

Hi, I was wondering what type of moves are drawn from a pokemon's attack and which are drawn from special attack. And yes same for the defense. I am quite confused because they said it has changed since LG/FR and R/S/E series.
Please help me?

P.S. Would you mind rating my team, it is called "Skill and Power", trainer is "tricky14!".

Thanks in advance to all that answer my question(s), and for those who rate my team. =)

An easy way to tell is to go into the area where you read the descriptions of each move a Pokemon has, and look for a symbol. The symbol will look like something was hit (have you ever seen anime, where they smack someone and an animation appears to cover the hit? It looks something like that) if it is a Physical move ((Attack)).
It will look like a rippling pool of water if it is a Special move (((Sp. Attack))).
And the last type is generic for stat reducing, or increasing moves, i.e. Non-attack moves like Growl.

Visit serbii.net for this. They have a attackdex that is extreamly helpful

Special moves have an eye symbol when you look them up in the pokemon's summary. Physical moves just have a symbol that is like a lightning square, or a flashy neon billboard.

Special moves are something like flamethrower, or hyperbeam, while psychical moves are ones such as cross chop, or crabhammer.
