P.S. Could you please rate my team, I am tricky14! Team is called Skill and Power.

Thanks in advance for all who answer. =)

Well, the old man in a house along Route 228 will teach: Frenzy Plant to Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, and Torterra; Blast Burn to Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, and Infernape; and Hydro Cannon to Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, and Empoleon. All your Pokemon need to be above level 50 and need to be at a high level of happiness with you.

If you like Hyper Beam, then these moves should be good for you. However, the moves are extrememly risky and not reccomended among professional trainers, with the exception of very certain and specific conditions. I personally do not reccomend it, as you are unable to attack the second turn, and gives your opponent a chance to wipe out- if not, weaken- your pokemon.

Elemental hyperbeam? You mean those really strong moves that each starter Pokemon can learn? If so, then you have to go to the house of an old man on Rout 228-229. He will teach Infernape, Charizard, Typhlosion, and Blazeiken the move Blast burn.

cheating-is-good answered:

Oh my god, something must be wrong with me, I forgot to answer the rest of your question. If you bring the Pokemon feraligatr, Blastoise, Swampert, and Empoleon to the old man, he will teach them the move Hydro cannon. And, if you bring the old man the Pokemon Venasaur, Meganium, Sceptile, or Torteera, he will teach them the move frenzy plant.

klyem answered:

Yes you should. Frenzey plant and hydro cannon are awesome
