OK, what you need to do is make them really happy by not letting them faint, giving them vitamins and getting them massages, also just having them in your party for a while will slowly make them grow happier.
A way of finding out how happy they are is to get the poketch application number 6- hold your stylus over the evee you want to evolve and if 2 hearts grow big on it it will evolve when you level it up next-daytime for espeon-nighttime for umbreon.
You dig moonstones out from undergroundsometimes it can take a while but you find one eventually. Good Luck

You evovle espeon and umbreon through friendship.
Espeon: make friends and level up between 4am and 8pm
Umbreon: make friends and levvel up between 8p and 4am.

For espeon evolve it during the day for umbreon evolve it at night

Okay, just for your benefit, and future reference. The correct spelling of evelotion is evolution. To evolve your Eevee into an Espeon, you have to raise his happiness with you to the max level,m and after you do that, level him up in the morning. If you do all this correctly, the eevee will evolve.

To evolve Eevee into an Umbreon you have to do the same thing as with espeon, except that you have to level him up at night.

Oh I forgot to add this, but you can find moonstones, and various other kinds of stones in the underground.

Ok, first off, Evee doesn't evolve with a moonstone. But you dig them up underground if you want to know. To evolve into an Espeon, you need to level up Evee when it has full friendship DURING THE DAY. To get up friendship (this goes for Espeon and Umbreon), give it a soothe bell while it battles, take it to the lady in Veilstone for massages, and/or give it berries that boost friendliness and match it's favorite food. For Umbreon, you need to level up Evee when it has full friendship AT NIGHT. Both of my Evee evolved in the mid 20s, but it's worth it when you get all forms of Evee. P.S Time of day is really important, and messing up will be a HUGE bummer if you do. Night starts a little after 7:00 or 7:30 and day is like 12:00 or 1:00. Hope this helps!

Theres 2 new evolutions for evee and you can only evolve em with these things theres like a green rock in eterna forest and bring an evee and you click on the rock or somthing I forgot lol and there you go and the second is on the way to umm snowpoint and it's a white rock or something you can notice it pretty easily and bring an evee and do the same thing. First is grass or somthing second is ice which you should know because where you found it and all...just to tell yall about that and migrate Pokemon with moonstone or underground to find it hope it helped(sorry if I spelled any thing wrong)
