Does anyone know where I can battle someone with a plinplup so I can get the national pokedex

I can remember exactly where put the game is designed so the only Pokemon that you need to go looking for in the shinnoh pokedex are Dialga, Palkia, Uxie, Azelf and Mespirit. The rest rainers have so if you battle everyone you will eventually see one, but again sorry I can't remember where the trainer is. Or you could just trade with someone who has a piplipp, prinplup oe empoleon.

You can find a trainer with a Prinplup around Victory road, or around the Elite Four cave. Also, battle all the swimmer trainers that you see, because a few of them should have a prinplup.

Hey this is a question on this subject so do you need to see the other starter Pokemon other than the one your rival has???????And your team is deadly tricky14 I didn't have time to rate it last time so ill do it now
