Srry but the only known way(for me) is to store it in the pc or try to trade it (testing in progress)

I do not think that you can get rid of any bad eggs that you have. My advice would be to just put them into an empty PC box, and forget about them. There might be a code that you can use to get rid of the eggs, but I wouldn't know it.

I'm sorry but you cannot get rid of them. But if you let them hatch, which will take much much longer than normal eggs, it will mess up your game for good.
